For some reason, I never liked Monica much, and every time she gets humiliated, like the first Thanksgiving or here, it brings me some twisted satisfaction just because the ones humiliating her are funnier. I just don't think she's funny or charismatic enough for me to really feel bad for her. She does have her moments though, which make me like her character, even if not as much as the others.

I'm surprised Monica didn't just fire those people. They were outright bullies and harassers. Beyond disrespectful. She was their boss. She could have them gone in one go. I'd fire them as group. And make sure they have the worst references.

Joey is the best and most selfless person of all the friends. <3 And it was really beautiful when he wanted to be fired to help Monica, and in doing so, giving up his "work money" (dont know the name).

I remember a friend from school he worked extremely hard to became the head pharmacist at a pharmacy local to him. He was bullied by the dispenser who had been working their for a decade. She would get all the others to undermine him. He eventually cracked and got really depressed missing work and almost quitting his profession entirely. There's some really nasty people out there.
